Which channels can I take orders from?
Your branded ordering website, a POS for counter and branch orders, and optional WhatsApp ordering — plus QR table ordering, Instagram, Facebook, Google and phone. Every order lands in the same Prebite hub.
Is Prebite only for festivals or special events?
No. Prebite runs year-round for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, grocery, retail and e-commerce. Festive menus and event pre-orders are one use case — everyday instant and scheduled orders are the core.
What's the difference between instant, scheduled and pre-booking?
Instant orders are prepared as soon as possible. Scheduled orders use an available date and time slot. Pre-booking reserves an order further ahead — a cake for next week or a large catering order. Takeaway and delivery work with all three.
Does WhatsApp ordering need a customer sign-in?
No. Customers use their WhatsApp identity, browse the catalog, send their cart and pay through a secure gateway link. It runs on the official WhatsApp Business API, and WhatsApp is optional — add it when you need it.
Are users or branches limited?
No. Prebite doesn't restrict the number of users or branches, so your team and locations can grow with your business.
Can it connect to my POS or ERP?
Yes — Prebite syncs with Odoo and major POS/ERP platforms so menu, orders and stock stay consistent. Need a specific system? Message us and we'll confirm the integration.
How does delivery work?
